Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1/2 red onion/ white onion
2 Green chilies
Salt to taste
2 cups Yogurt
Coriander leaves to garnish
Procedure
- Finely chop the cucumber, onions and chilies.
- Beat the yogurt ina cup and add some water if its to thick.
- Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves .
- Mix everything together.
Ready to serve with Mint rice, Briyani or and rice item as side
